the process

I schedule a limited number of photo sessions each month, so it is a good idea to contact me right away to book your session.  A signed contract and payment of the creation fee is due at the time of booking to reserve the date.  Once payment is received and your session is on the calendar, the next step will be to meet in person for the consult.

For your convenience, I will come to your home and we will plan out your photo session.  We’ll discuss the location of your photo shoot, your style and what to wear.  I can preview outfits and offer suggestions on how to coordinate clothing.  A variety of specialty prints and sample albums will be shared to give you ideas on how to showcase your images.  You'll also receive a welcome packet, which includes a full pricing menu, custom wall display suggestions, and other helpful information.

the session

Leave your worries and the word 'cheese' at home...it's time to focus on having fun with the most important people in your life! I want your photo session to be a time for you to forget about the to-do list, the beeping cell phone, the messy kitchen at home or the tantrum at the breakfast table earlier that morning.  Spend this time reconnecting with your family, laughing and hugging often.  This is not a time for expecting children to be on their best behavior.  Trust that I will help guide your family through our photo session together and will do my best to make it a positive experience for all of us!

the reveal

Approximately three weeks after your photo session, your photos will be ready for previewing.  We will arrange for you to visit my home studio for your photo reveal. Up to 35 images will be presented in a slideshow on the big screen.   Prints or products you wish to purchase will be ordered during this time.  Payment is due at the conclusion of the ordering process.   The reveal session is an adults-only meeting and will take approximately one hour.  Newborn babies are welcome.
